Purchasing online admission tickets

• You must choose a date and available time slot for your arrival at the zoo at the point of purchase. The car park is within the zoo grounds, you are booking your entry time into the car park.
• If a date is not available it may be that we are fully booked or not scheduled to open that day, so we ask that you consider booking another date instead.
• Entry will be allowed during your time slot only, but you can stay until closing.
• You will receive a confirmation email containing your tickets and information on our safety measures which are in place.
• The take away cafe offers a menu of hot and cold food, drinks and ice creams.
• Picnicking is restricted to the grassy car park field area only, parking is within the zoo gates so you can return to this area throughout your visit. You may not take any of your own food, including snacks or drink (except water) into the zoo, bins and picnic tables have been removed.
• Tickets are strictly non-refundable or transferrable and standard entry terms and conditions apply.

The timeslots for admissions are to control the flow of numbers into the Zoo. There is no limit as to how long you can stay on-site, until the advertised closing time for that day.

You must have a valid membership / season ticket to one of the following zoos to qualify for these tickets with 30% off: Amazona Zoo, Jimmy's Farm, Great Yarmouth Sealife Centre, Raptor Foundation, Shepreth Wildlife Park, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Woodside Wildlife Park. (Not valid Bank Holiday Weekends)

Purchasing online admission tickets

• You must present both this confirmation ticket and ALL relevant membership tickets to your member zoo for each member to gain entry. You will be charged the difference in price should you not have them with you.
• You must choose a date and available time slot for your arrival at the zoo at the point of purchase. Tickets will be released, generally on a Friday, for the following week. If a particular date is not available it may be that we are fully booked or not scheduled to open that day, so we ask that you consider booking another date instead.
• Entry will be allowed during your chosen time slot only, but you are welcome to stay until closing.
• You will receive a confirmation email containing your tickets and information on our safety measures which are in place.
• You may not bring any of your own food, including snacks and drink (except water) into the zoo. Picnicking is restricted to the grassy car park field only, parking is within the zoo gates so you are welcome to return to your car throughout your visit. Only water can be taken around the zoo. Bins have been removed, please take your rubbish home to recycle responsibly.
